GE OEC 9800 Plus C-Arm

The GE OEC 9800 Plus C-Arm is one of our best-selling C-arms. We pride ourselves on using the technological ingenuity of GE. GE is one of the leading medical manufacturers dominating past and present on the market. We refurbished all of GE’s equipment back to its original equipment manufacturer’s standards.

GE OEC 9800 C-Arm Features

This GE OEC 9800 C-Arm has many technological features that make it easy to use. The OEC has mobile fluoroscopy and innovative X-ray imaging. The C-arm is ideal for use in imaging applications and surgical procedures such as pain management, orthopedics, vascular, neurovascular, and cardiac surgeries.

The touchscreen is easy to use with crisp and clear images and a low X-ray dosage. The anode specially rotates and can produce images at 4 times the resolution as other C-arms.

Smart window technology helps to sense the collimator position to automatically adjust the sample size. This is a dual-lead tungsten collimator and can have the contrast and brightness levels adjusted.

The smart medal is unique to GE technology. If metal is introduced during the X-ray, the imaging field will take note of such objects. There is no need for manual brightness or contrast adjustments and it reduces the system’s sensitivity to metal.

During live fluoroscopy procedures, AutoTrak is used to keep maximum visibility of a patient when anatomy moves. The window can then move with the anatomy to continue providing excellent images. This reduces the frequency of dark images and burnout. Imagine stabilization and true point-and-shoot technology are ideal for more imaging situations.

GE OEC 9800 Specifications

There are specialty packages available including GSP, ESP, ESP 8 FPS, vascular, neurovascular, cardiac, and super C. The X-ray tube has a rotating anode and an X-ray cooling fan. The collimator has dual opposing semi-transparent leaf shutters that allow for elliptical, round, and rectangular collimation. Iris and shutters are continuously variable. The fluoroscopy mode can be continuous, one-shot, or pulsed operation. A thermal printer, DICOM, image capture device, and laser aiming device are all optional.
