Philips IntelliVue MP5

Patient Monitor

The Philips IntelliVue MP5 ECG and Multiparameter Monitor combines an intuitive touchscreen with the power of IntelliVue monitoring. The MP5 was built in  compact and rugged housing to meet the demands of transport in and out of the hospital. Used with the EWS (Early Warning Score), it is designed to aid caregivers in early recognition of subtle signs of patient deterioration. It gives care teams clear and detailed information to help assess patients, and make confident decisions. All IntelliVue monitors, including the MP5, have an easily recognizable user-friendly interface. Clinicians are able to easily navigate through one-step smart touch commands to spend less time at the monitor, and more time with the patient.

The IntelliVue MP5 has a sturdy housing (Class 7M3) to withstand rough handling. All MP5 models come standard with built-in SpO2 and NBP. Some models even have built-in ECG and the choice of up to two invasive pressures and temperatures. There is also an optional port for the Welch Allyn SureTemp. This monitor features wired and wireless connectivity with easy switching between modes. It has an 8.4-inch SVGA display with a dynamic wave area. The Wave area automatically adjusts in size depending on the number of waves configured and can display up to 4 waves.

Specifications

The Philips IntelliVue MP5 is small enough to fit at the patient’s bedside. It has a height of 9.76-inches, a width of 10.2-inches, a depth of 7.32-inches, and a weight of about 9 pounds. It has a Lithium-Ion battery that lasts up to 4 hours with basic monitoring configuring.

Refurbishment Process

All of our medical devices go through tedious calibrations, and parts checks. If a part is missing or broken, it is replaced by our copious amounts of replacement parts in stock on our website, www.somamedicalparts.com. Next, our medical devices go to cosmetics. At cosmetics, our machines are sanded and given a fresh coat of paint. Decals and stickers are replaced. Shipping packages these products for use as soon as they arrive at your medical facility.
