ICU Medical Hospira Plum 360 Features

The Hospira Plum 360 is a larger-volume infusion pump. The Hospira Plum 360 is a highly rated infusion pump for its performance and safety. The Infusion Pump system offers a secondary delivery system to ensure no errors will occur when programming an infusion. The Plum 360 uses a cassette format to automatically remove air that might get in the line, through a secondary port. There is no need to disturb the patient’s infusion. Another cassette-based infusion pump is the Hospira Plum A +. The infusion pump can easily work with the ICU Medical MedNet software, with customizable drug libraries. These drug libraries can meet the defined protocols for your medical facility. The Hospira system can communicate with other systems on your facility’s network through an ethernet or wireless connection.

  • Bolus delivery capability to facilitate rapid infusion.
  • Integrated free-flow protection in the PlumSet cassette technology.
  • Automated concurrent and piggyback delivery.
  • Capability of full IV-EHR interoperability.
  • Connects secondary line directly to the PlumSet cassette.
