Soma offers the Integra MAYFIELD A1115 Modified Swivel adaptor refurbished up to 50% below the cost of a new one. The MAYFIELD Modified Swivel Adaptor A1115 attaches to one of the MAYFIELD Base Units except for the A2009. Offering flexibility and 360 rotation of the MAYFIELD headrests and Skull Clamps that are attached to the adaptor. The Swivel Adaptor A1115 is similar to the A1018 adaptor, except that the unit has a spring-loaded pin. When connected to a ratchet arm, this minimizes all movement of the skull clamp.

  • Attaches both the Headrest and Skull clamp to the Base Unit
  • Offers 360-degree rotation of both the headrest and skull clamp
  • Not Compatible the the MAYFIELD A1114 Infinity Skull Clamp
